Dr. Puneet Freibott is a distinguished nurse executive and transformational healthcare leader serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH). She has more than 27 years of experience in executive leadership across Magnet-designated healthcare organizations, with expertise in nursing leadership, clinical operations, patient safety, quality improvement, workforce engagement, and healthcare innovation. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Nursing Leadership and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), with certifications as a Nurse Executive Advanced Board-Certified (NEA-BC) leader and Critical Care Registered Nurse – Knowledge Professional (CCRN-K). Prof. Dr. Jens Geissler is a Digital Health and healthcare management expert based in Germany. He is a Managing Director of DiA42 – Gesellschaft für digitale Medizinprodukte mbH, where he works on digital medical products, digital health, regulatory requirements, information security, and the implementation of digital healthcare solutions. He has held faculty appointments at the University of Rochester, University of Washington, Medical College of Wisconsin, Johns Hopkins, UT Southwestern and University of Kentucky. He has 30 years’ experience as a managed care Medical Director, he is nationally recognized for his leadership in the management of asthma and preterm birth prevention. He serves on the City of Dallas Environmental Commission and is Senior Co-Chair of the Texas Pediatric Society Committee on Environmental Health. Dr. Webb is the Executive Dean of Healthcare Initiatives at Strategic Education, Inc. Her foci are capacity building, nursing workforce issues and provider wellness. She has extensive funding for her work and has published in several journals. She has testified to the National Academy of Medicine and the White House. A sought-out speaker on international nursing care, Adele collaborates with WHO and the World NCD Congress and has contributed to nurse capacity building in 56 countries. Adele received the Nicholas Andrew Cummings award for Excellence in Interprofessional Practice, is an International Council of Nurses Global Health Fellow, and a Fellow in both the National Academies of Practice and the American Academy of Nursing.

Cristina is a Reader in Digital Health and Head of Digital Engagement at the School of Health & Society, University of Salford, where she also co-leads Digital Health and Medical Imaging. Her research focuses on digital engagement, digital literacy, digital inclusion, online communities, and innovative digital methods in healthcare. With experience in both industry and academia, Cristina has led impactful digital health projects, including the Kidney Information Network, and has developed initiatives such as the University of Salford Digital Skills Passport to strengthen digital capabilities among healthcare students. Scott is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, a 335-bed academic medical center within Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts. Previously, he served as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and has held various nursing leadership positions in pediatric and adult academic medical centers. His clinical background is in emergency and critical care transport nursing, with extensive experience leading neonatal, pediatric, and adult transport programs. He has contributed to the field through professional publications and leadership in nursing and emergency medical associations. Scott continues to maintain active certifications as a paramedic and emergency nurse and serves as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at UMass Chan Medical School. Dr. Daniel L. Dr. Adele Nightingale is an Associate Professor in Health professions Education in the Institute of Medical Education at the University of Leeds. She has a substantial experience of leading teams in the National Health Service (NHS) UK as both an Operating Theatre Manager, and more recently as Principal Educator, leading a multi professional teams of educators. Adele has led several healthcare professional teams and programmes in Higher Education Institutes across the north of England. She brings an extensive portfolio of teaching, learning and assessment on undergraduate and post graduate programmes where she has influenced curriculum design and delivery. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. In her career Adele has held roles as a lecturer, senior lecturer, principal lecturer and Associate Dean thus demonstrating a sustained career in health professions education. In her current position as the institute lead for research and scholarship, she has recently led projects to identify research priorities using Delphi Study methodology and received Impact Acceleration Award funding to create a collaborative approach to health professions research with NHS Trust partners. Adele is a PhD supervisor on an international project with nursing colleagues in Sri Lanka and also supports doctoral candidates as a supervisor and acts as an external examiner on PhD viva panels. She is an external examiner for Professional Doctorate programme at the University of Gloucestershire. Adele is an active member of the Faculty Ethics Committee and Health and Conduct Committee. An Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) by profession, Adele has undertaken research to explore the experiences and perceptions of leadership in the NHS. The findings from this study related to patient safety, professional identity of practitioners and how to create a psychologically safe environment. These findings have been disseminated widely at conferences and also nationally influenced pre-registration learners via NHSE webinar series. Adele co leads a Research and Innovation Community of Practice, an initiative that was created to support a positive research culture within the ODP profession. This led to two recent collaborative publications which identified research priorities for the ODP profession and another which evaluated undergraduate pre-registration research teaching provision. Both these publications will be used to influence the ODP national curriculum and professional research strategy. As a member of the College of Operating Department Practitioners, Adele represents the College as professional member at the Community of Allied Health Professions Research, which delivers activities aimed at building research capacity and capability for all allied health professionals.
